Founded and scaled a public-safety procurement and vehicle upfitting company from a 60-square-foot mobile setup to a 2,500-square-foot facility. Managed $750K+ contracts and a $2M+ project portfolio. Built the operating systems before "operating systems" was a buzzword on LinkedIn.
Born and raised in Texas. Author of three Christian books. Father, husband, builder. The M-II app suite is the software-side answer to the operating systems Randy built (and rebuilt) through twenty years of running real jobs.
I have founded a half dozen companies over the years. Some of them probably never should have made it out of the idea phase. Others became so successful that I had to step away from a full-time guaranteed income to go full-time into my own business. I spent years growing some of these into things that supported my family and the families of the people who worked for me. I learned a lot of hard lessons along the way. Over twenty years of hard lessons.
The frustration you feel as a founder, I have felt. The mistrust of putting somebody in charge of your business, I get it. I understand what it is like to put years of work into something you can be proud of.
As a Fractional COO, my job is not to come in and tell you how you need to change your business. My job is to come in and tell you what your business needs in order to stay the course, to grow, and to mature into what you have always envisioned it being.
