The M-II App Suite

Software built inside the work, not pitched at it.

Every M-II application started the same way: a real client running a real business hit a wall their existing tools could not solve. We built them what they actually needed. It worked. So we made it available to everyone else fighting the same fight.

One screen for every job, every dollar, every detail.

A general contractor in the D/FW Metroplex was running a successful business that had quietly outgrown the tools holding it together.

Quotes lived in his email. Subcontractor agreements lived in his texts. Budgets lived in a spreadsheet. The calendar lived in his head. He had multiple jobs running across the metro, several crews working at different sites on different days, and clients calling mid-project with changes he had to memorize on the drive home. Subs were not showing up when they said they would. Change orders were causing delays nobody had time to absorb. Margins were getting cut by rework that wasn't in the bid but was always part of the original RFQ.

He was the integration layer holding the whole business together, and the business was running him.

We built M-II Build to put every moving piece of a job onto one screen. Bids, RFQs, vendor directories, daily logs, photos, permits, inspections, change orders with client sign-off, owner selections, GC pay applications, Gantt scheduling with critical path, action items that route themselves. The owner stops being the integration layer. The answer is on the screen when the question gets asked.

It worked. We opened it up to other general contractors who need the same thing, whether or not they need a Fractional COO alongside it.

M-II Projects · Multi-PM project oversight

Every PM running their own. The founder seeing all of them.

A project management firm in Waco, Texas was succeeding itself out of a job.

The business was growing. New clients kept calling. The founder had been managing every project personally, the way a founder does. To meet demand he hired additional project managers, but each new hire created a new question: how does he stay close enough to the work to catch a problem early, without taking the project back from the PM he just hired to run it?

We built M-II Projects so each project manager runs their own portfolio inside the app, with full ownership of their projects, their clients, their timelines. The founder sees every one of them on a single oversight layer. He receives the same smart action items his PMs receive, so when something needs attention he sees it the same moment they do, and he can hold them accountable without micromanaging the work.

Currently in beta with the original client. Public release coming once it has earned its stripes.

M-II CRM · Lead nurture & recurring-customer management

Nurture new leads. Keep recurring customers. Fold acquired ones in.

A luxury detail company in the southern D/FW Metroplex was scaling on two fronts at once.

They were expanding their service area and expanding their service menu. A recent acquisition of a smaller detail company brought them into the northern part of the metro and added a book of clients who were used to a different workflow, a different cadence, and a different point of contact. The owner needed to keep his existing recurring customers happy, fold the newly acquired clients into the routine without losing them, and continue nurturing fresh leads to keep the funnel feeding both halves of the now-larger business.

We built M-II CRM to manage all of it in a fraction of the time and a fraction of the effort. New leads get nurtured on a cadence the system runs for him. Recurring customers stay engaged without manual touchpoints. Acquired clients get transitioned into the routine with their history intact. Every relationship sits on one timeline.

M-II Dispatch · Smart routing & field-team scheduling

Less drive time. Less fuel. More appointments per day.

The same detail company has another problem the new service area created.

More territory means more drive time. More crews mean more schedules to coordinate. Without a routing layer, every appointment booked on the wrong side of the metro on the wrong day quietly costs hours of windshield time, gallons of fuel, and the next customer's on-time arrival.

We are building M-II Dispatch to manage multiple crews across the expanded service area using smart routing technology. Trucks get routed in a way that reduces drive time. Appointments get scheduled in a way that respects geography, technician skill, and customer windows. Fuel expense goes down. On-time performance goes up. Customer satisfaction follows.

Currently in development with the original client. Public release will follow beta.

M-II Ops Lite · The public-tier teaser

A taste of the operating layer we run for our Fractional COO clients.

M-II Ops is the full operating platform behind every Fractional COO engagement. It is the dashboard, the smart action items, the role-based authority routing, the compliance monitoring, and the KPI environment that watches every part of the business when we are not there.

The full platform is restricted to active Fractional COO clients. It is the operating layer we install, not a self-serve subscription.

M-II Ops Lite is the public-tier teaser. A lighter, self-serve slice of the same environment for owner-operated businesses that are not ready for a full engagement but want to start running on the M-II method. Get on the waiting list to be first to know when it opens.

Monitor. Interpret. Intervene.

None of these apps are meant to be a magic pill to fix your business, and none of them are meant to replace any of your staff. They were written for one purpose: they are tools to help you track the key performance indicators of your business (monitor), identify areas of drift and possible causes (interpret), and make the necessary adjustments to further your business goals (intervene).
